If you have a MultiTank card, you can claim your fuel costs in the MultiTankcard Next app. You will need to create a account. The amount will then be transferred to your account automatically within 10 working days.
Claiming costs with a temporary fuel card / for a rental car
Do you have a temporary fuel card from Arval, for instance because you are driving a rental car? In that case, you can use the form below to submit your claim. You can recognize a temporary fuel pass by the number plate, which does not correspond to the vehicle number plate.
Other passes or old declarations
Do you have a different type of fuel pass, costs other than fuel or declarations older than 3 months? If so, please use the form below. Complete the form and attach the photos of receipts and/or invoices. The claim will be processed manually by us and the amount will be transferred to your account within 3 weeks. Please note: due to the rush during the holiday period, this may take longer, thank you for your understanding
